Jay is a CEO with huge energy and passion. Jay loves digital media and is experienced at marketing new technologies with many years doing new market creation and big product launches as Marketing Manager with Microsoft.

Prior to Mabode Jay spent nearly 10 years at Microsoft and 5 years at ComputerLand in a range of diverse roles.

Hoani has had extensive experience in successfully delivering robust solutions for leading edge technology projects during his IT career. Hoani has a deep understanding of the underlying technologies and how to design and implement these for an optimal end-user experience.

Prior to Mabode Hoani spent many years working at Datacom as a Consultant.

Niall is an experienced developer with extensive skills developing Rich Interactive Applications, iTV and other Digital Media Solutions ranging from Mobile Devices to Big Screen TV's. Niall has produced award winning Media Center applications as Director of Mobilewares.net and the www.bigscreenglobal.com range of products.

Israel Reyes
Director, Networking and IPTV

Israel has a formal education in Applied Mathematics which lead to his career in modelling complex network communications, multicasting, and next generation IP technologies. Among his many skills his specialties lie in VoIP, IPTV, Video on Demand and other solutions dependant on IP networks for reliable service for delivery.

Israel has worked extensivly in several countries in Latin America, USA, Russia, Spain, New Zealand and Australia and speaks fluently in Russian, Spanish and Italian.

Israel has worked as a Senior Networking Engineer or Consultant in companies such as Telecom, IBM and Hewlett Packard.

Jourdan is a student currently studying Computer Science at the University of Waikato. He has vast experience with upcoming Microsoft technologies and has spent many years doing software development. Jourdan has also been involved with various companies adopting the bleeding edge in computer software and hardware.
